Sometime last year, Rent Guy brought home a number of cups that he had most likely been thrown away, and he happened to find them….these have since been put in to regular service (after I had washed them, of course)

Went to my fifth Counselling Session today, and as usual, Sophie had that Book with her

It may well end up that I look to getting my own copy of that Book, as, much as it's good to actually speak to someone about all this, I think I may well get more Help from the Book itself

Or, frankly, my Big Book from the A.C.A.
